What technology is used to shape the body of the Multifunctional Dual-Use Shoulder Bag

1. Hot melt adhesive lining hot pressing and shaping (affordable/regular main process)

        Composite hot melt adhesive lining (paper/non-woven adhesive lining) on the back of the fabric, and use a hot press bonding machine (press bonding machine) to apply high temperature pressure to melt the lining rubber particles and firmly composite them with the surface fabric, resulting in stiffness of the cut piece itself; After the cutting and sewing assembly is completed, perform steam ironing to eliminate wrinkles and iron the contour of the package into a three-dimensional shape.

        Features: Lightweight and flexible shaping, retaining a certain degree of softness, suitable for dual-use shoulder bags made of nylon, canvas, and polyester fabrics; Disadvantage: Overloading can cause slight collapse.

2. EVA/foam hot press composite molding (commonly used for high-end dual-use bags and computer multifunctional bags)

        Fabric+EVA foam (or high elasticity sponge)+inner fabric three-layer hot pressing composite (hot pressing bonding) , which integrates EVA and fabric into one, and the cutting piece has its own supporting force; Some styles will be locally molded on the front and side panels of the bag to create a fixed curvature.

        Features: firm, good rebound, anti collapse, and buffering; Many dual-use single shoulder tote bags and deformable multifunctional bags use this process.

3. Built in accessories+stitching and shaping (focusing on bottom shaping, often paired with the above process)

        The bottom of the package is equipped with PE board, cardboard, and resin bottom plate, and the bottom support is fixed separately by sewing;

        The side seam of the bag adopts the pulling strand (pulling reinforcement) sewing process, which creates a three-dimensional folding position and supports the width of the bag, making it less likely for the empty bag to collapse;

        The high-end model will embed fishbone rubber strips (supporting keel) on the side panel for side shaping.

4. Mold cold pressing/hot molding (rigid three-dimensional version)

        After the sewing of the bag body is completed, it is placed in a dedicated luggage mold, pressurized and cooled for shaping, and the three-dimensional contour is locked at once. It is mostly used for business dual-use shoulder bags with high shaping requirements and not easily deformed.
